To make banana juice, you will need:
Ripe bananas (the number will depend on how much juice you want to make)
1.A blender
2.A strainer
3.A glass or pitcher to hold the juice
Instructions:
1.Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces.
2.Place the banana pieces in a blender and blend until smooth.
3.Strain the blended banana mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any solids.
4.Pour the banana juice into a glass or pitcher and serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for later use.
Optional: You can add a little bit of honey or sugar to the banana juice if you prefer it to be sweeter. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra flavor. Enjoy!
